Extended Christmas Returns

You can return until the 21st of January.

This applies to purchases made between the 10th of November and the 21st of December.

Any purchases after the 21st of December will go into our standard return policy.

Your order must be placed by 3.30PM on the last delivery date in your area to dispatch before Christmas Day.

Please contact us to check delivery dates for outside the UK.

Before Christmas

Orders placed before midnight on 20th December will be dispatched by 21st December using the delivery service selected at the checkout. Delivery transit times (other than guaranteed services) are intended as a guide only.

Here are our final order dates for dispatch before Christmas:

RM TRACKED 24 - 21st December

RM TRACKED 48 - 20th December

DHL - 20th December

After Christmas

Orders made after 23rd December will be dispatched on 27th December.

New Year Delivery Dates

Orders placed before midnight on 28th December aim to be dispatched by 30th December using your selected delivery method. Orders made after will be dispatched on 02 January.
